Standard delivery is 5-7 business days. Once a package has left our distribution center, we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Kastel Denmark will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery has been confirmed. 

We do our best to get your products to you as fast as possible. 

We thoughtfully pack all orders received before 1:30PM PST Friday within 24 hours. All orders placed after this time will ship the following Monday. 

We ship via FedEx, except when a P.O. box address is provided, in which case we have no choice but to use the US postal service. 

-Keep in mind once the package is in the carrier's hands, we are unable to reroute, or dictate how the carrier leaves the package at your chosen delivery address. Whether they choose to knock on the door, leave it at your door, throw it over the gate, etc. is their chosen way of making certain that you get your package. We will always try to add detailed special instructions, however, the carrier has the final say about their delivery method. We wish we had a magic wand, but like most things, it's sitting on a container ship in the Pacific Ocean.

UPS, USPS and FedEx offer additional services to track and protect your packages. Please note that shipping carriers may charge additional fees for these services.  

Visit My USPS to track packages sent to your address and provide instructions for the delivery driver so the carrier knows where to leave the package. 

Visit UPS My Choice to track packages, change the date, time, and location of a delivery. You can also authorize the release of packages that require a signature, or have UPS hold packages at a local hub for pickup. 

Visit FedEx Delivery Manager to track packages, customize a delivery time, have packages delivered to another address, request signature-required, or request to have packages held at a FedEx location for pickup. 

Currently, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico. Any order placed with a delivery address in Puerto Rico will be cancelled. 

Canadian Shipping 

Check out as normal and select "Canada" as your country. There is a flat fee of $40, and you will be responsible for duties/taxes upon arrival. 

International Shipping  

We have partnered with Passport Shipping for international orders to the EU & UK.

Simply select your country at checkout. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. 

We ship all international orders (EU & UK) Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product. International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

In-Store Pickup 

Customers in the Reno area may place orders for in-store pickup. 

• All orders placed before 2:30pm Mon-Fri will be available to pick up same day until 4pm. 
• Any orders placed after 2:30 will be available the next business day. 
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. 
• Pickup will not be available on the holidays listed below: 

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:
