Standard delivery is 5-7 business days, however, we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe. 

Kastel Denmark will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery has been confirmed. 

All orders with a P.O. Box shipping address will be sent via USPS.

UPS, USPS and FedEx offer additional services to track and protect your packages. Please note that shipping carriers may charge additional fees for these services.  

Visit My USPS to track packages sent to your address and provide instructions for the delivery driver so the carrier knows where to leave the package. 

Visit UPS My Choice to track packages, change the date, time, and location of a delivery. You can also authorize the release of packages that require a signature, or have UPS hold packages at a local hub for pickup. 

Visit FedEx Delivery Manager to track packages, customize a delivery time, have packages delivered to another address, request signature-required, or request to have packages held at a FedEx location for pickup.

International Shipping  

We have partnered with Passport Shipping for international orders to Canada, the EU & UK.

Simply select your country at checkout. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. 

We ship all international orders (CA, EU & UK) Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product. International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

Currently, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico. Any order placed with a delivery address in Puerto Rico will be cancelled. 

Curbside Local Pickup 

Customers in the Reno area may place orders for curbside pickup only (we are not open to the public). 

• All orders placed before 2:30pm Mon-Fri will be available to pick up same day until 4pm. 
• Any orders placed after 2:30 will be available the next business day. 
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for curbside pickup. 
• When you arrive please call 775-850-1580, have your order number handy, and an employee will bring your order out to your car.
• Pickup will not be available on the observed holidays listed below.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center and In-Store pickup will not be available on the following holidays:

-Juneteenth

- 4th of July 

- Labor Day
