Kastel Denmark ships Monday through Friday, with the exception of the holidays listed below. We do our best to ship within two business days of receipt of order.

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days, however, we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe. 

Kastel Denmark will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery has been confirmed. 

All orders with a P.O. Box shipping address will be sent via USPS. 

We do our best to get your products to you as fast as possible.

UPS, USPS and FedEx offer additional services to track and protect your packages. Please note that shipping carriers may charge additional fees for these services.  

Visit My USPS to track packages sent to your address and provide instructions for the delivery driver so the carrier knows where to leave the package. 

Visit UPS My Choice to track packages, change the date, time, and location of a delivery. You can also authorize the release of packages that require a signature, or have UPS hold packages at a local hub for pickup. 

Visit FedEx Delivery Manager to track packages, customize a delivery time, have packages delivered to another address, request signature-required, or request to have packages held at a FedEx location for pickup.

 

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays: 

- New Year's Day 

- Martin Luther King Jr. Day 

- President's Day 

- Easter Monday

- Memorial Day 

-Juneteenth

- 4th of July 

- Labor Day 

- Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving 

- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 

- New Years Eve  

 

 

To start your return/exchange request please email customerservice@kasteldenmark.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your request. Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after delivery date.

*To be eligible for exchange or refund, items must be:

• In new condition
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• All tags attached on every item.

 

*Please Note: If items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.

Any items marked Final Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included with your original shipment and has all your information as well as your order number on it.
